Exercises don’t have to start and end in a gym, there are many activities you can engage in off the gym and still achieve your fitness goals. These are some of the activities that can provide you with opportunities to burn fat; while enjoying fitness and weight loss. These activities will help you integrate more movement into your day. This is an essential part of the obesity reversal strategies that work as revealed in my book Lose Weight, Stay Slim for Life.

Begin today to opt for the stairs instead of the elevator whenever possible. This simple change can add extra steps and help you get some extra physical activities throughout the day.

Also, if feasible, consider walking to nearby places instead of driving. This can help you incorporate more physical activity into your daily routine while reducing your carbon footprint.

At the same time if you have a desk job, make it a point to stand up and move around every hour. Set reminders to take short walking breaks.
